Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • We encourage you to carefully review your order — including size, color, and product details — before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges only, within 5 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • Reverse pickup and forward shipping charges for the exchange are to be borne by the customer.
  • Color and design exchanges are not offered — please refer to our Size Guide or contact us before placing your order if you're unsure.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
  • Our team will review the issue and get back to you with the next steps.
