How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
• Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
• Proof photos of the product are required when requesting an exchange.
• Exchange charges may apply (if applicable).
• Pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 days, and once we receive the item at our warehouse, your exchange order will be shipped.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available. We only offer Exchanges.
